A solo'er wants to stick to red monsters. Orange has reduced exp at a certain level.
So, how do you tell if you can handle it? If you have to use potions are stones, dont solo it. If you can kill a red without using any potions and stones your all good. Also pick something fast - swords are too slow for these purposes which is why axes come out on top.
