You can invite a total of 14 other players... buy furniture and apparently you can set it up so other players can access your blog.
You can buy the skill from the skill masters in Elderine. It'll be the 3rd scroll at the top of the alchemy window and it looks like the Moving skill.
Btw, BK is under maintenance for another 3.5 hours.
