Let's also not forget that this is still beta. It shouldn't be a big surprise that things are buggy, afterall, this is in the early stages of the implementation phase (closed beta was the first). The only people with a (weak) right to gripe are Cash Shop users. Like AngellicDeity said... those people are paying customers with a right to expect service. Given that we're still in beta, you should implicity understand that things wont be perfect.

CB1 actually saw explanations and attempts to fix, as GMs were present almost daily. However, with the release of Secret of the Solstice along with Open Beta, the Outspark team will, if it has not already, find it much harder to deal with new issues. Such is inevitable in any MMO.
