You must not click on the circle at the right where the face of ur quest giver is shown. I also have 2 blue items but got no "rare item sampler" title.

Added note about Quest Beginner... from experience.. it didnt matter if u clicked the circles or not..
Also, of the 11 quest they must not be repeatable quest...
Just before you start handing all the quest in.. relog 1st.. then hand the 11 quest in at the same time...
"Rinse and repeat" just means... do all of that over and over again.....
With KQ Victim... does the whole KQ have to fail? or will it work if i fail it myself? (like die 3 times?)
