You can still use inches but you'd have to make sure that you do not expand the original size of the thread. And one pixel = one tiny dot on your screen so looking at it in Print Size will make it seem extremely small. But you shouldn't have to worry about that. All you should click on is Actual Pixels beause that is the size that will show up on the webpage.
Say you used to do 2in x 2in... switch the measurements to pixels to just check you're are within size limit. Then just switch it back to inches and make the new page.
