Because that is how I wanted my guild o.o And that is how the original guild master had decided. I've tried having lower levels in my guild, I just feel bad because while we're all planning on doing stuff like hunting a dungeon boss, they can't take part. I want people who have more of a chance to be able to join in on our stuff.
Just because they're all higher levels, it doesn't mean we're all not friends.
I'm not the most strict guild master out there, trust me.
