I have about the same sort of question. I have the scroll and production skills but only have the recipie for the HP potion. Is there a scroll recipie I need to obtain? I can make the HP potions but not the scrolls as it says I don't have the skill yet...but it shows I do have the 'skill'
I know I am being dumb and am just doing something wrong. But that is normal...
