Btw i found a new way to arrange my hotkeys for cleric... for party or self buffs, i assign to bar 3, which i do not display. so once an hour i hold ctrl and press 1, 2, 3, and so on if theres more... there isnt really a need to check the cooling time of these skills since u only use them once an hour. and for shift i use those skills that are infrequently used but which i still need to check the cooldown for, such as buffs that target only one person. maybe when the time comes i will extend my bar just because i like to see my new skills on the shortcut keys.. and while i dont really lack space right now im trying to get used to it in case someday i run out of space.
