I would not recommend it. The maximum power of Bleed/Trip and Break is only slightly better than Bash [04]. If you plan on empowering an attack skill, stick to Bash. Its maximum damage goes up to 1180~1388 damage at Bash [10], which is acquired at level 77.

I would also save some points for yet another skill, which is Extinguish. It lowers the target's strength, supposedly.
