It depends on the level of the weapon you are enhancing.
Red Eye 1 is for Level 1 (note: NOT your required level) weapons. Which I think is your character level 1-20.
Red Eye 2 is for Level 2 weapons. I think those are your character level 30-??.
So on and so on.
Also, if you get the Perfect Red Eye, then it is a 100% prevenetion of your weapon breaking.

Okay, I must be misunderstanding something. Do you mean to say Red eye level 2 is for weapons 21+ because you went from red eye grade 1 1-20 to red eye grade 2 30+.
