I think all my extra sugar intake goes into a emergency location for when I force myself to be up for almost 24 hours due to procrastination. I wonder why I can function...
But nah, never had an overload. If I can't sleep it just means I'm too awake due to waking up late. Actually last night was the best sleep I had since two weeks ago I think and I got up earlier.
Probably because I stayed up a bit until I actually felt tired.
