He's probably tryin to get celebrity title (obtained by having 50 people on friends list) or has some ulterior motive like trying to get you to plv or give him free stuff... i would just reject. if he starts scolding you and calling you unfriendly or stalks you and harrasses u, you will know u just did the right thing...
