I like to point out that the more Negative feedback that outspark gets over this situation, the more difficult it will be for me to move on in the industry later. All I need is for them to get called and then bad mouth my work because they lost service over this.

First thing that popped into my head: Is the OutSpark staff immature enough to hold you personally accountable for the actions of the players? I would certainly hope not. Considering the anonymity of the internet we as players have no incentive to do them harm at your behest (you can't get to us and do anything if we refused you). I truly hope they would realize all actions of players are of their own accord and if they feel any actions are in violation of the ToS would then address it individually with those responsible.
Not that I intend to send anything negative to them anyway being that I don't know what was going on behind the scenes. Just saying . . .
