1) Admins/masters of the guild can.
2) Yes, as long as you haven't declared a war on someone else yourself.
3) You camp at the place where they spawn again after dying, and then killing the straight away while they are low at health. This is often considered as "bad" and "low".
4) Yeah, the results only count which guild has the greater number of deaths. But I believe whether they get ressed or not, their death still counts (not like KQs where you don't use a heart xD).
5) Either can be done - get ressed or spawn somewhere is possible.
