To sum up what Hessah is trying to explain...
-You can't have the same characters on different servers(they can't move server to server), just IGN names.
-They're probably still on Teva, of course they're not on Bijou.
-Just wait.
You might have clicked the wrong server? I know I've done that before.. I accidently clicked on Bijou and saw a noob Yosei, and almost freaked, but then I thought maybe I clicked on the wrong server.
