If they did give out one free change, which they wont, I think it should be like if you get to or are already past Lv40 in December, one free change.

And getting to 40 really isnt hard. Takes 2 weeks if you play a lot.
Just remember this is a FREE MMO. They have to make money. I am all for them having us pay for items.
