That sounds like power levelling. And I just had the worst experience today involving a lvl 19 cleric in Moonlight Tomb trying to leech off of us. Wasn't not healing a lot either. Usually after the battle ended and he picked up the drops. Not to mention he was rather insulting. Terrible terrible experience. In the end, I had to pay the other cleric in our party 1s to NOT rez the lvl 19 so he would warp back to town and go away... >.< Yes, I'm sorry. I can't help the fact that I hold grudges.

EDIT: Oh, and then when he warped back to town, he whispered me saying that he couldn't get back to where we were. And when I suggested that he go to Burning Hill, he said that that area was too high level for him. DX And then he tried to friend me. And I rejected him.

But anyway, tying this back on topic, I hope those areas don't just become big low-level leech areas... >.>
