It may seem unfair, however, you have to look at the fact, that this game is supported by the cash shop. They need to put the most wanted items in the cash shop to encourage people to spend money on the game. If all the cool features were free or able to be bought with in-game money, then the company would not be able to continue supporting the game.
The cash shop is their profit. No profit = no game.
Sad and unfair to those that cannot put money into cashshop, but true.
