Nope and it gets worse. You will only get one or two each level and the majority of them are bugged. Either you can't accept the quest, or you can and when you finish it, you can't turn it in. It sux!! I am carrying around sseveral completed quests that I cannot turn in, and there are still a few that I have not been able to accept.

The only thing to really do at level 40+ is to level.
