This sort of thing will not do any good as you'll have to list 90% of the players on Fiesta. Not only that but different people have different opinions on what they consider to be "bad" enough to go onto a blacklist.
For example one person may have a had a bad experience with a player but that same player could have been very nice to another person. You will also be creating reasons for people in FiestaFan to even be distrustful of each other with such a list.
I think that if you believe a person to have done something to be deserving to be on a blacklist, you should simply let your friends know about them. That should be it.
