put that way, STR people benefit more from 1h swords

well, the higher your crit chance is (aside the weapon) the more 1h swords do more crits then axes.
if we only count 3% for a 1h sword and 5% for an axe, the latter will do more crits in lets say 1 hour, even due its slower hits.
but if someone would add spr to get 5% crit, wear 2% crit earrings and max out a lv60 licence.. wield a rare weapon (5% crit for the sword, 7% for the axe), sword will crit a lot more often
