ughh exactly what I get every time I call when I have problems with the internet. =__= "yes I have, I did it before I called you" "can you do it again?"
NO!
(then again, restarting the computer or program isn't common sense to a lot of people out there so I can see why they urge people to do it all the time.. but I get so offended when I get told to do that)
