You build machine thingies (forgot what they're called) and they automatically shoot enemies that come into range. Engineers are kinda like campers and you make sure you keep repairing your machine if somebody tries to shoot it.
Actully TF2 doesn't require much shooting skills like counterstrike or anything like that. You have different "classes" and each class has a type of weapon and it's pretty straight forward (don't need to learn the different types or names of guns like some other games..)
There's the Heavy where you wield this huge weapon and you don't really need aiming skills for that...
Then there's pyro that shoots fires and all you do is run into people and burn their faces, kinda like how you play Rumble
There's also the uhh other guy who holds a pistol and that's prob the only one that requires any sorts of aiming... I never played him for that reason LOL
