Yep yep, this is probably the best skill to invest points in. The later 1vMany 'crowd control' Whirlwind has such a long cooldown timer =/ (Don't most of the later attack skills too )

Powerhit is the best to invest points in. Power, Cooldown, and SP Consumption. It has a 6 second cooltime which is considerably better than devastate. At level 5 Power Hit its I believe 600~800 addition + 350ish for power enhancement. The power bonus increases as the levels progress so by level 80 you have a nice technique that you can use every 4.8 seconds with comparatively small sp-consumption that deals 1000 ~ 1300 damage base plus a very large power bonus.
