I got the +1 crit% from a Glow Wolf Lic. I guess there a handful for each level that give said bonus.
Not to hijack the thread or anything but can the bonus crit% be stacked by different lic? Like my glow wolf lic stacking 1% crit with a ice vivi lic 1% crit for +2% crit?
