I've gotten to the point where i can make Tier 2 Vitality Scroll, but only problem is i can't seem to find Vitality Tier 2 Learning scroll. I've heard from a person that said Piggy Bats drop them but is a super duper rare. Can any kind soul Verify what monster drops Tier 2 Vitality Learning Scroll. Been hunting far and wide, but am still unfortunate
