Hi guyz! i need help.

So does it matter what server your in if you r in this country? That just confused me

??? ok what im trying to say is that if i am from, 'for example' Korea and i entered 'for example' Legel then would it make a difference(whould it be less laggy) if i joined Teva instead of Legel???

I dont know if this is a dumb question but plz answer me.
