Loveless might be able to help me on this..

I'm totally in love with Japanese salad dressings, but I don't know how to find it / make it.. I don't even know what they're called~

I Googled Japanese Salad Dressing and of course there's more than one type...

I'm looking for that orangey / brown dressing that usually has a layer of oil sitting on top.. it's the most typical dressing that you usually get in most Japanese salads.. usually goes with finely chopped cabbage i think..

looks sort of like this salad..
