That's OK it may have a fancy name.. but at the most important times of the day.. it's just a black plastic box that doesn't do anything!!

And my laptop wouldn't link up to our Wifi, even when there's strong signal... So we can't stream videos from the laptop to the TV.

Why can't these technology just WORK!
