It's all on how you interpret it. I'd probably have been freaked out but ended up not doing anything because like Mikey said, they were probably just being old men thinking they were being smooth.
Then again, sexual harassment is up to the offended person. If it truly offended you and left you feeling violated you have the right to complain. This definitely isn't the give your female a firm slap on the behind to let her know she's done a good job society anymore :P
