Hm... I think I'd rather have a more relaxed workplace with less pay than a nice paying job where I do work beyond my job description and my boss is an incompetent ass who ignores me and takes advantage of me. But I guess sometimes that's easier said than done. People do have bills to pay.
I'd at least leave yourself out there, join job sites, put up ads on craigslist, etc. Until then, demand a raise xD
