We did. The Launcher patch was supposed to be yesterday with the PVP.net tweaks. There was a last-minute decision to not implement the patch when they found critical bugs. So they decided to just do maintenance yesterday.
Today they're putting the PVP.net patch and game-play patch. Servers are down to patch it in.
