Definately, one of my most favourite games.
And yeah, the F2P update seems pretty cool, and you dont exactly miss out of much, the upgrades of a premium account can be accuired by buying anything from the in game shop, cheapest thing being like less than a pound.
But yeah, definately a great game, worth the download if you're even remotely interested in any kind of shooter.
