I actually think Veigar is more annoying than Nasus, but you get even fewer Veigar players than you do Nasus, so it's less of a problem?
The thing with Veigar is that his R gets to scale twice (off his Q and off enemy champion AP) and he has a stun so if he gets farmed up, it's literally a lulzy 2-hit combo.
