I've seen some people in a shop with permanent outfits, like the permanent Valentine's one, selling it for 68 Gem or something. I know that the item was from a GM (for an event?). A friend of mine was given two of the same permanent outfits, and wants to get rid of one. I told him about the above story and he wanted to know how it worked. Does anyone know?
