To multi quote - click on QUOTE+ for all the quotes you want to quote.. except for the very last one, on the last one you click on Quote as per normal and that'll add it all to your reply box...

Yeah you should at least get an item or a credit.. go send a (polite) ticket to CSR and they'll probably fix you up. Looks like u're not the only one with this problem.

But be patient, they can take probably a week to get back to you.
