I always thought a monk class would be fun. As for weapons, it would probably be a mixture of things such as brass knuckles, weapon gauntlets/gloves and maybe a few smaller heals and magic skills. They would be a hand-to-hand combat class with a little spiritual connection for the magic skills and healing through meditation. Of course, their skills wouldn't replace that of a cleric or mage but they would be there to aid a team wherever they are needed.
