You get the BKs by killing Cursed Knights in Flaming Mine. They drop both the 85 and 90 BKs. Note: only the regular Cursed Knights drop them - the Cursed Knight Silver and Cursed Knight Gold do not drop them. The 95 BKRs are an extremely rare drop and only come from the Cursed Knight Lord.
