Eh... Corki isn't as hard as you make him sound....
Using your typical Corki build, add like a mallet or a banshee's and you're set, as far as a build goes. You just obviously never initiate, and keep moving, then hide for a bit behind your team and fight some more, since you have to be closer than most ranged dps, just keep moving, and then attacking. His range is small, but not small enough that you can't easily get back to your team so they can protect you.
