That's because corki is hard to master. Anyone could get madreds and get killing sprees with kogmaw, but it takes true skills to master Corki. He's so hard to use. His range is so little compared to ashe,trins, and especially kogmaw. It requires you to be up close and personal so then I don't know if I should invest more in survivability. If I do i lose out on my damage output. I also have no form of cc so I can't chase anybody. Needa find the right item build and play style for him.

Good champs should have: effort level = reward level.
