Hessah, Double-tapping the button in the bottom middle of the iPhone causes the multi-tasking bar to appear, I think thats what you're talking about. You can scroll it side to side to re-enter any app you left. It cuts down on loading time.

Do I tap the screen or the actual button? I tried tapping both but it's not working.. though I'm pretty sure that's roughly what I did to get it to come up the first one..
Do I have to be in another app for the multi tasking bar to come up? Or can I do it just from the menu screen?
