He's been nerfed long ago. I used to play him a lot, haven't played him anytime recently though. Starks is a must for him. Atma's is really good to. Maybe Force of Nature. Spirit Visage should help to. So i say..boots(mercury or berserkers)>starks>spirit visage>atma's>FoN. That should be a good build, idk. You can change it up as you wish, starks is a must though. Ghostblade would probably be really good on him though. Try different things out and you'll find the right build for him.
