For the King Slime KQ, you have a hour (60 minutes). Goal is to kill the King Slime, and all of his minions. Too easy lol.
For the Millenium Robo KQ, the time limit is 30 minutes. The goal is - well, in our Fiesta version, it's totally unclear, the translation isn't too good. But this is what the google translator gave me from the japanse site:
