yeah it's kinda annoying to get it to work, but I was on nihonomaru and someone linked to a version with everything you need in the folder already.

Just run ALiBAT (the one with Shinku's eyes).
* Z = Attack / Yes ( For Menu's)
* X = Dash
* C = Jump
* Up Arrow = Move Up
* Down Arrow = Move Down
* Left Arrow = Move Left
* Right Arrow = Move Right
* Escape = Exit
