Actually nevermind, I don't get what you're saying. o_O" I was trying to say that people don't necessarily have to get to level 100, so I don't see why they would need quit now if they're not planning to do that. They can level as they please. "Fun" has a different definition for everyone. It doesn't need to include getting to level cap for them.

so what level's skill points should i take from and add to magic missle?

also, i am lv 5 and i have 1 put into ice and fire, am i screwed?

You should put in 5 points of SP Consumption and 5 points of cooldown duration for magic missile. I heard that's what most mages do.

Not sure about the ice and fire skills.
