NA ips are banned from gamengame Fiesta. I also think that all ips outside of NA will banned from Outspark since it only has the NA license. GameNGame Fiesta after it leaves beta will *global* to any Ip outside of NA.
The GameNGame site even tells NA players to go play Outspark lolol.
