Begining of the manga, when he first meets Rukia etc. (I would like to point out I stopped watching at the godawful Bounto filler arc so yeah...probobly missed a plot twist)

After the Bounto arc, when the arrancar start moving to attack, its revealed that Ichigo's dad was/is a shinigami. urahara seems to know of his past as well. The only ones that knew up to this point in the Manga are Urahara and Kon (who was in ichigo's body at the time, being attacked by the newly death god like Soul fisher, whom ichigo's dad killed)

But I think you already know that as you read the manga?
