I did max power enhancements on both Aimed and Power Shots. Then I went to put 3 points each for SP cost reduction on all my DoT skills (ie. Fury Shot, Bone Shot, and ... the disease one which I forgot the name).

Is it worth it to max our pwr and skill cooldown for aimed? for fast spam shots?
