Hmm. I really don't know, every group I was with in that KQ that was bad enough to let him regenerate fully again wasn't good enough to knock him back down. Actually I've only seen him regenerate once in a group who's clerics were killed off during the fight and it ended up being me and a mage alone left fighting. Then we died horrible deaths.
I'm going to guess no though, but yeah, totally guessing.
