I hope you got Win 7 Ultimate intending to use all the features Win 7 Ultimate provides that Home Premium and Pro dont offer. Microsoft arent very smart though they said that their Virtual Machine and XP Mode support is not available on Home Premium. But when you attempt to download the files for Virtual machine and XP Mode the programs dont even detect what version of Win 7 you are running so you can get away with having Virtual machine and XP Mode on Home Premium without any effort.
The only reason to use Windows 7 Ultimate over the other 2 versions is if you speak more than one language in the house and you like to frequently alter between those 2 languages on the computer. The rest of the other features arent even used by your normal average user.
